I had ear cartilage used, and I only wanted it raised a little, but the doctor did whatever he wanted and made it really extremely high, so it became like Squidward’s nose with cartilage visibility. I had revision surgery somewhere else, but maybe once the skin has thinned, it cannot recover. I even had a dermal graft, but after 1 year it is showing through again. Can I just remove everything? My nasal tip was raised with ear cartilage, I had revision surgery, and the cartilage visibility and columellar scar are still there even after 1 year. If I do it this time, it will be my third surgery, and I’m scared the columellar scar might remain permanently. Am I just unlucky?
