I had a consultation for nose implant removal, and the doctor said that a little bit of nasal tip cartilage needs to be left so the nose won't collapse. Is this cartilage repositioning? When everyone gets removal, do they not remove absolutely everything? I'm worried that if I leave it there for no reason, it will keep bothering me later ㅠ
