The columella area of my nose is red vertically like this and it’s not going away. Could it be inflammation? Should I go to the hospital? It’s been 3 weeks now. Or is it scarring… But with an M-shaped incision, can scarring happen like that too? It’s not the nasal tip but the columella area that’s red, so I’m unsure…
