As the title says, because of inflammation concerns, I want rhinoplasty without implants instead of silicone. I heard there’s a method using costal cartilage, so could you give me information on clinics that can offer several different plans? For the place I found right now in a community, it seems they wrap it with fascia before inserting it, but I’ve only seen information on a few clinics, so it would be good if you could tell me more.
