Hi everyone, I’m going in for my 4th surgery today. Please, please wish me luck that it goes well. For now, I have nothing in my nasal bridge, and only donated costal cartilage remains in my nasal tip. But it’s too high, and more than anything, because of the cartilage show-through, I decided to have it removed. But my original nose had severe columellar asymmetry ㅜㅜ so if I remove this, I feel like it’ll 100% go back to being asymmetrical ㅠ When I went around for removal consultations, I mainly asked whether it would be possible to lower only the nasal tip instead of removing even the support strut. Director #1 said the nasal tip implant is my own…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
