For now, I have nothing in my nasal bridge, and only donated costal cartilage remains in my nasal tip. But it’s too high, and more than anything, because of the cartilage show-through, I decided to have it removed. But my original nose had severe columellar asymmetry so if I remove this, I feel like it’ll 100% go back to being asymmetrical When I went around for removal consultations, I mainly asked whether it would be possible to lower only the nasal tip instead of removing even the support strut.
