I’m someone who ended up having nose surgery twice while trying to improve a dorsal humpㅠ For my first surgery, I had nasal bone osteotomy, septal extension, and ear cartilage used for the nasal bridge. Then because of nasal bone asymmetry, cartilage visibility on the bridge, nasal tip deviation, etc., I had revision surgery: removal of the ear cartilage from the nasal bridge, filling the empty area with donated dermis, and using ear cartilage to improve the nasal tip deviation. But the columella and nasal tip deviation still haven’t improved, and nostril asymmetry is also showing. I didn’t know it would be this stressful for the nose to become stiff and to be unable to make a pig noseㅠ Since my nose has had a lot of manipulation, I’m worried about removal. Would it be okay to remove it…
