밀크쿄쿄아 If the hospital doesn’t recommend alar base reduction, don’t do it unnecessarily. Some people say it leaves scars It’s better to do it only if needed. For ㅁㅎ, is it Director Yoon?
헤지스님 I haven’t heard that you absolutely use autologous costal cartilage just because it’s a bulbous nose..!! Mine is a first surgery, but when I got a CT at ㅍㄴㅅ, they said my septal cartilage wasn’t enough, so I decided to use autologous costal cartilage. It’ll probably depend on everyone’s nose condition
캔디 Autologous costal cartilage is used a lot too, and if it’s a revision surgery, everyone’s conditions are different, so it seems like they check that and tailor it accordingly.. It seems people really go to places like ㅁㅋ a lot too
