They removed everything: silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage, and they said that since my original nasal tip was very bulbous, they only tied the tip just enough so it wouldn’t spread out.
But when I woke up this morning, I’m not sure if it’s swelling or scar tissue, but the area marked in the photo feels a little soft-yet-hard, and the nasal mucous membrane is protruding like that tooㅠ Yesterday, only the left side was like that.
