I’m thinking of removing the ear cartilage that was placed in my nose, but I keep hearing that it spreads. Does that mean it spreads out more than my original nose? Or does it mean the cartilage spreads..? And they say scar tissue will form again anyway, so is there even any point in removing it?
익명 Couldn’t it be that it spreads more than a natural nose? If cartilage is inserted inside, the skin will stretch, and when the cartilage is removed the sagged tissue remains.

여미누 [@당고구마] It’s inevitable. That’s why people choose revisional surgery instead of removal. Because the shape issue won’t be fully resolved otherwise.. And 흉살 is partly a matter of your own skin quality, so saying it will appear again even after removal is half right and half wrong—there are many people who don’t get it again after removal.
