It’s been a little over a month. I worried because I could only use rib cartilage, and I did it with autologous costal cartilage, but I don’t think rib cartilage comes out as pointy as I had thought. It could also be the director’s style. The area where the rib cartilage was harvested has almost no pain now. What I felt over a little more than a month is that a natural nose suits me well. The reason I had total removal and then natural revision surgery was that the director made the nose he wanted to make, however he pleased. It wasn’t a joke. If I could go back to before my first surgery, I would only get consultations from directors who do natural-looking noses…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
