I'm considering either revision rhinoplasty or removal I’m not doing it because there’s any particular problem, but after 5 years, my nasal tip has come down too, and I feel like I’m less satisfied with the shape. Also, before, I saw a post saying that if a long time passes after getting your nose done, you have to get it removed or have revision surgery But if I actually remove it, I’m also worried it won’t completely go back to my original nose Has anyone here had revision surgery or removal for reasons like mine?
예용82 Even after removal, it doesn’t go back 100% to your original nose. If you’re worried about the nasal tip drooping, it’s also okay to consider revision surgery. Think it over.

김대빵이 My nasal tip lifted and I developed contracture, so I had revision surgery at 4ㅇ31ㅇ, but removal isn’t mandatory... yeah. You’d need to get a consultation to know for sure, but my nose got a lot prettier, so I recommend you also search online and go to lots of in-person consultations
유린기소스 I feel like there are really a lot of cases where people get revision surgery because of nasal tip drooping I wonder if it would have been different if I’d had the first surgery done with costal cartilage from the start
