As you can tell if you look at my previous post, I’ve had surgery three times, and in the last surgery I used donated rib cartilage. Now I’m in a situation where I want to remove the silicone and just shape the nasal tip naturally. I also have cartilage show-through, and the silicone seems noticeable too, so I want to remove everything, and I don’t want to harvest anything else or put in more foreign material. I want to use the existing materials as much as possible, and if dermis is needed, then autologous dermis only; I don’t want donated dermis either ㅁㄱ has no consultation fee. There was a bit of a wait for the CT scan. After my consultation, they said the conversation with the patient going into surgery was running long, so it would take some time. But…
