My nose turned out so natural that even my mom says it looks like I did not get it done, and people around me do not even know I had it done ㅠㅠ To really see an effect from the front, should I also get nostril/alar base reduction? My nostril area looks too wide, but it seems like nose surgery did not have an effect on that… Is there anyone who wants nose revision surgery for this kind of reason?
