My nose was made to look so obviously artificial that I feel like I’m going crazy It’s been 1 year since surgery, and even though I really gritted my teeth and endured all the “it’s swelling, it will go down, please wait” attacks, it still looks like this. I don’t think the height will work for me, so I’m going to look into revision surgery. I want to remove the silicone and lower the height. That should be possible, right?ㅜㅜ I want to mainly look at places that are good with autologous costal cartilage, so I’ve noted down ㅎㅁ / ㄹㅂㄹ / ㄹㅁㅊ. Please let me know what you think of them and recommend other places too.

닐리리맘바 Honestly, if it’s been 1 year, it’s not swelling anymore..ㅋㅋ For autologous costal cartilage, Object’s Lee Kyung-muk also has a lot of experience, so he seems to handle it well. I think someone who has done a lot of cases does it best
퉁퉁퉁후 I’ve seen Human mentioned a lot for revision rhinoplasty, but is the place where you had your first surgery just continuing to say it’s swelling and saying they won’t do AS??
코옹 Honestly, after 1 year it’s not swelling. Rather than getting AS, it’s better to get it done at another hospital. ㄹㅁㅊ had decent revision rhinoplasty reviews too, and I recommend looking at ㅅㅅㅇ or ㅇㅇ as well
안슈덩 Among the places on your list, I think you looked well at ㅎㅁ. It’s not extremely flashy there, but it also doesn’t feel extremely natural either, so try booking a consultation first

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
