It’s almost been 1 year since surgery now, and I’ve developed a depression on the nasal dorsum and there’s also a little ear cartilage show-through, so I’m deliberating whether to get an A/S revision or remove everything completely. Before rhinoplasty, my original nose was a severe arrow-shaped nose, so after surgery I really liked the height itself But lately I keep feeling a foreign-body sensation, and whenever my nasal tip tingles I wonder if it’s inflammation, so I get anxious. I also don’t know what other side effects might happen a few years later, so I started getting scared for no reason. If I get an A/S revision and later the same depression happens again, that would be stressful in its own way, and I feel like the money would be wasted too, so maybe I should just make this the last…
