Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is this nasal inflammation?ㅠㅠ Has anyone here had this?

I had nose surgery in January 2023, and 2 years later, in January 2025, a step-off developed on my nasal bridge/nasal dorsum, so I had revision surgery through a closed approach where they shaved down and inserted ear cartilage. For 2 years after my first nose surgery, I never had inflammation or any other symptoms even once. But about 3 weeks after filling in the step-off through the closed approach, the upper part of my nasal bridge started turning red, and now, 4-5 months later, it's still red and something is protruding sharply on the side of my nasal bridge like a hump. When I touch it, I can feel something sticking out. I looked it up and people said it seems like the silicone capsule/capsular membrane might have thickened. Has anyone here experienced this?
