Are all the ㅂㅇㅇ reviews written by paid promoters? I want to see things like side effects and long-term reviews, but there's nothing, and all the ratings are suspiciously good. I only want to raise the nasal tip using closed rhinoplasty with septal cartilage, but I wonder if the nasal tip might droop later or something like that Is there anyone who has watched it for more than a year?
