Everyone who has had revision rhinoplasty, what material did you use? My silicone implant on the nasal bridge is showing through, and my nasal tip has drooped too much, so I think I need to get it done again. If I switch to a slightly lower silicone implant, will it show through less? It’s so obvious when I take photos.. 소미소야 I had revision rhinoplasty at Finish, used silicone and autologous costal cartilage, and also corrected my bulbous nose and hump nose at the same time. If you have skin show-through, it would probably be best to decide after a consultation.. Whether you lower the silicone or add something over it, it’s best to go to a clinic that does a lot of revision surgeries and ask about the method first
씬장미 When the nasal tip has drooped, don’t they usually use costal cartilage the most?? When I was going around for consultations, they said my nasal skin was thick and elastic, or something.. anyway, they said it was tight, so I needed costal cartilage, and that if I used just regular cartilage, nasal tip drooping would happen quickly. So I got it done with autologous costal cartilage at Louvre. I think people usually use autologous costal cartilage a lot

지금이라도 If the silicone is showing through, wouldn’t you need to have it wrapped with dermis or go implant-free? For revision rhinoplasty, I’ve booked appointments at ㅇㅂ스, ㅈㅇ지, ㅎㄴ비, and ㅎㅇㅇ드. If you’re only trying to go to private clinics, the last two are private clinics
