I went to consultations at a few places for rhinoplasty The Face, Selfie, New Line, High Gallery, like this ㅠㅠ I have a consultation booked at J-O this week If there are any other places you recommend, please recommend them too My nose is on the long side, and maybe because of the surgery I had before (nasal cartilage tying, nasal tip-ear cartilage), my columella has come down more, so my nose looks even longer, and that’s why I decided to get revision surgery this time ㅠ I’m a bit drawn to Selfie and New Line. Can anyone here who has tried them tell me how it was?
뭉뭉찌잉 The places I went to overlap almost exactly with yours ㅠㅠ No matter how many places I go around to, I still haven’t found one that really clicks, so I’m so torn.. I do need revision because of silicone showing through, but have you decided where you’ll do it?

코몽실 I had revision rhinoplasty because my nasal tip was drooping and my silicone was showing through. I did it at High Gallery with autologous costal cartilage, and I’m very satisfied. My blunt nose found a refined look and stability

시시네 I did mine at Selfie. It was my first rhinoplasty, so I used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but I slightly regret not making it a bit higher haha. I said I wanted a polished-natural look, then on the operating table I asked for it to be a bit more flashy, and they said they’d assess the situation and use donated costal cartilage if needed, but they only used my ear and septal cartilage ㅠㅜ I don’t think they overtreat. Also, everyone around me says that if it were any higher, the balance probably wouldn’t fit. I have no regrets
워닝님 I am having surgery at Selfie next month.. First of all, when I go to too many consultations, I get confused... So I think I chose a director who has no side effects, is generally good with noses, and is calm. I chose based on “this much is enough” rather than “we can do everything”...
