As the title says. It has been 3 years since I had septal extension surgery with silicone using auricular cartilage, and the septum still swings around. When I didn’t know anything, I thought full removal would be okay, but after doing a septal extension, I don’t think it will be easy either… When cartilage is repositioned, how much support strut is left? I don’t even want a pig nose, so I want to live without worrying about inflammation and be able to squeeze blackheads as much as I want ㅜ ㅜ If there has been a case where the septal extension was removed, please tell me how it was done.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
