I had it done ten years ago, and the front view is okay, but I don’t like the side view and it feels like it’s gradually getting upturned, so I’m posting...! My nostrils are too small compared with my nasal tip, so I don’t like the side view, and it feels like the distance between my nostrils and the nasal tip is long.. In a case like this, how should I get revision surgery?? And can you tell me if it looks upturned? It’s my first time posting.. If lots of people leave comments, I hope something good happens to you ㅜㅡㅠ
인생바 I think it’s slightly upturned, and if the nasal tip is brought forward just a tiny bit, the side view would look pretty too!

하내 It is upturned, and I think extending the nasal length and adding some height would work.. probably with autologous costal cartilage.. But did you use silicone? If there’s no implant, then it probably isn’t contracture, so that’s a relief
토슌 [@] Silicone and cartilage!! But what I’m worried about is, if my nose gets longer now, I feel like my midface will look longer, so I’m actually more satisfied with the current length, which is longer than right after my initial nose surgery I only want to repair the upturned nasal tip!!
토슌 What I’m really curious about is the difference between the nose being upturned and procedures or surgeries these days where they lift the nasal tip. Could you explain that difference in detail? When I read reviews, it’s complicated
