My nasal dorsum broke after I fell, so when I was young I got cosmetic surgery for free at an acquaintance’s hospital. They just put silicone over the nasal dorsum and used my septum to support the nasal tip. I didn’t realize that was considered cosmetic surgery, and since I originally liked my own nose, I was really stressed. Eventually, 3-4 years later, I had the silicone removed at ㄱㅌㄹ university hospital, but they said they couldn’t remove the septal support in the nasal tip. When I said I wanted all foreign materials removed, they only removed the right side and said they absolutely couldn’t remove the left side, so now my nasal tip and columella are drooping…
