I used to press from both sides of my nostrils so the nostrils would close together, then twist my nose while blowing and wiping it, but after nose surgery, my nasal tip/alar area is hard, so my nostrils don’t close together. It’s been 9 months since surgery. When I eat, my nose runs like crazy ㅜㅜ I can’t exactly roll up tissue and wipe inside when I’m outside, so I’m seriously just wiping it over and over with tissue. For everyone who had their nose surgery materials removed, did your nasal tip/alar area become soft and squishy like your original nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
