마자요이잉 For autologous costal cartilage... there are quite a few, but I know ㄴㄴ is also good at using autologous costal cartilage. I think it would be good to look into this place too

아침햇살 If you're looking for places that are good at autologous costal cartilage surgery, I think you can look at 메ㅇㄷㅇ and 제ㅇㅌ together. Why are you removing the silicone?
몽몽묭 What’s the standard for using autologous costal cartilage well?? If you mean no side effects and things like scarring, I had my silicone replaced and revision surgery with septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage at ㅈ원, and so far I haven’t had any discomfort, and the scar is barely visible now
도아임 Oh, since it’s revision surgery, you’re going with rib cartilage? But usually rib cartilage is used a lot for the nasal tip...? Are you also looking into rib cartilage for the nasal bridge? For my first nose surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip... I had it done at ㅇㅇㅌ, and I like it. The line is refined but natural too? Have you looked at any hospitals yet?? Sorry for all the questions... hahahaha
윤콩방울 TheNann or Louvre come to mind!! But what kind of line do you prefer? Between the two, Louvre is better at bringing out a natural-looking line
