Autologous cartilage nose removal

I had my nose done in February of this year, and only the nasal tip was raised with autologous cartilage, like pitching a tent. But the tip shows through, and maybe because the tip feels heavy, when I smile the nasal tip collapses severely. Almost like Shin Hyun-joon-level. The foreign-body sensation is also severe, and I just want to remove everything for peace of mind. Would it be okay to go back to the clinic where I originally had it done, or should I go to a clinic famous for removals? I see people who get removals put in dermis or things like that, but is it okay to just remove everything without putting in anything like that?
