My goal was definitely to remove everything, but the more consultations I went to, the more I heard that it would be hard to return to my original nose. In the end, all the foreign materials were removed, but ear cartilage was grafted on. With this, there’s nothing I haven’t tried now lolololol Septal cartilage, ear cartilage, rib cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, silicone The reason ear cartilage was grafted was purely cosmetic, so because of the step-off I wondered if this was really right, but I still had it put in just in case I might regret it. I really didn’t want to open it up again. Still, I thought, at least ear cartilage isn’t a foreign material, so... I don’t know, what even is my life...
