Do they use the cartilage from the opposite side, or do they use the one that was used before? I feel like if they use the existing one, wouldn’t the shape come out similar? I wanted autologous costal cartilage from my first surgery, so I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and I’m thinking of autologous costal cartilage for the revision too I don’t like the shape of my nasal tip, so I want to slightly raise the bridge and reshape the nasal tip The hump was corrected well, but the nostril/alar area still looks blunt. My side profile is okay, but it’s because of the front viewㅡㅜ In cases like this, what kind of surgery is usually needed to shape it with minimal changes? So I’m going to try going to a clinic that does a lot of autologous costal cartilage!! For now I’m thinking of Director Im Ji-hong..END..! If anyone knows, please share some info
