Has anyone here had silicone for over 10 years and removed it? I’m curious whether it spread out a lot. I saw in a post somewhere that someone removed silicone after 10 years, and their nose spread out a lot. They said it wasn’t just that the nasal bridge was shaved down, but that it had become even lower than their original nose. They said it seemed like bone resorption because the silicone had been pressing on it for a long timeㅠㅠ They said it was still lowered even after several years, so I’m worried.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
