Motiva 335cc, 1 month in. Writing down what you need to know!

Hehehehehe Pre-op size: 335cc Surgical method: transaxillary incision Implant: Motiva

The director who performed my surgery was sweet, but during the consultation, I wanted to hear honest, direct facts. That way, I felt like I wouldn’t hesitate when deciding on the size and incision site!!! Money mattered too, but the surgery and aftercare were important. For the implant, I got Motiva 335cc. Since my body itself is thin, they said even this would look quite big on me~ Conclusion: I’m glad I did it quickly~~

I was already on the thin side, so my weight tends to fluctuate a lot. On day 5, I felt pain I had never experienced in my life. I was worried because the swelling went down unevenly. I was doing both the sports bra and the compression band, but it was uncomfortable as it moved down toward my lower abdomen. It felt like I was carrying something around. Until day 3, I couldn’t even get up by myself...... If you have family around, ask them to help you until you recoverㅠ Until week 1, it hurt when I touched them. By week 2, except for sleeping on my back, the discomfort and pain were gone. The feel also softened faster than other people’s. I kept applying scar ointment consistently.

As rumored, the director emphasized not only the size but also, while explaining the shape, that during dissection he would preserve the side and upper-volume areas as the implants went in. He emphasized it a lot, and so far I think they turned out well lol And it’s only been one month, but my breasts are more gathered toward the center than I expected, so I think they look pretty. Of course, the feel and tissue softness are much better than they were at 1 week, but at a glance they’re still firm, so it’s a bit noticeable... lol

+Also consider the cost for capsular contracture care and scar ointment for the transaxillary incision area. +If you’re going to have surgery, it’s better to choose a place with a separate breast surgery specialist, a place that offers ultrasound exams before/after surgery, and even better if 3D virtual simulation is available. You can receive explanations while seeing things in more detail than with the naked eye. If you have your desired hospital + budget ready, it’s better to do it quickly while you’re even one year younger.

I hope this helps at least a little for those getting breast surgery^^ Thank you for reading my unorganized review~~!
