Where is good for revision surgery? I had it done at an ENT clinic 12 years ago, but my columella is deviated. I should have gotten revision surgery earlier, but I didn’t have time, so I’m only doing it now. Please recommend a good hospital by private message or comment ㅠㅠ ㅂ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
