Right now, my nose is not low and the tip isn’t drooping, but there is a clearly protruding hump that everyone can see. I’ve been thinking about having surgery because of the hump for about 6 years. No one really points it out, and it’s not at a level where this is a medical crisis for me, but personally, every time I see celebrities with a nicely projected tip or even a mild hump, I felt so jealous. So since early this year, I’ve gone to many places and even asked here; shaving the hump is one thing, but even a small increase in tip elevation is really a high-risk surgery…
