It’s been 3 years.. At first, I asked them to make the nasal tip round and natural without nasal bone osteotomy, so unless I tell them, people who don’t know much about surgery can’t tell I had nose surgery.. My image did change, but... As time goes by, the nasion? (the lowest part of the nose, the starting point) being higher than my pupils bothers me ... Back then, I did a lot of research and had it done to suit my face, but maybe I didn’t mention the nasion.. My nose is long, so sometimes it feels like my midface looks long? Before nose surgery, my midface wasn’t long, and I used to hear a lot that I looked young... I also wonder if lowering the silicone around the glabella might restore my slightly close-set-looking eyes, even by a tiny 0.01 mm difference .. I want a revision surgery to lower just the starting point of my nose Since it’s a revision, would I regret it if I downgrade(?) it?
