Is there a clinic that isn't a factory-style mass-production clinic, where I can have a one-on-one consultation with the director, and if they think it won't be effective, they decisively tell me not to do it or recommend another option? I'm seriously going crazy because of the dark circles under my eyes. I can't really go around for consultations right now, but if there's a clinic like that, I'm even willing to go overseas lol
