I did not get the impression that the counter staff were especially kind. However, the counseling manager was very thorough, so I was satisfied. I am also satisfied with the lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery result, and compared to before, it became smoother, so I feel that it was worth getting the surgery. The price was a bit high, though.
