Wow, time flows like water... I can't believe it's already day 9. Yesterday I went shopping with my mom and bought a hat. A baseball cap... You have no idea how much I wanted to try wearing one. When I had a square jaw, wearing a baseball cap made me look like some kind of spy or communist... So even though I liked wearing hats, I couldn't wear them even under the blazing sun... And another bad thing about having a square jaw is that you can't wear bangs... If you put your bangs down, it's completely square... so I always layered my hair and used the side hair... to slightly cover my jaw... Another thing, I couldn't wear pretty earrings.. especially dangling earrings.. Why? Because they make the jaw stand out even more!!!!!!! But now I'm going to try everything.. When I wore the baseball cap, my jaw was still plump (to put it nicely, plump ... in reality, lumpy and bumpy), but overall it wasn't too bad... And for bangs, I'll do them after a month, once the swelling goes down a bit and my face gets slimmer.. I've already bought pretty earrings.. lol As expected, once the swelling goes down, I'm going to wear them every day... Pain is bitter, but its fruit is sweet? Is that right???^^;; Anyway, days 1-3 after surgery are stained with pain, days 3-5 make you anxious because of swelling, but by about days 6-7 the pain has subsided to some extent, and by days 8-9 daily life is possible... I'm still anxious because of the swelling, but compared with day 3 after surgery, this is divine grace.. They say at most 6 months, right? Or a year... Well, if it will go down eventually, can't I endure that much.. Even now, people who see me may think I look strange... but since I can live normally, life feels worth living... And lower your expectations about how you'll look after surgery by one level.. They say Korea's medical technology is advanced, but... I don't think it's that advanced.. Just like Park Kyung-lim can't become Song Hye-kyo... (I'm not anti Park Kyung-lim.. she's plenty charming~ as a broadcaster, I mean.) Before surgery, I also thought, if I shave it down this much it'll be enough, and I covered almost half my face while looking in the mirror and felt narcissistic? But that's not it.. You should really think of it as just cutting off the angles.. Even if it's big, the bone size is about 2-3 cm??? Just cover that much and look.. The rest depends on the doctor's judgment and ability... But if your complex about your jaw is a resentment so deep it's etched into your bones, do it... surgery! That alone will make your resentment toward your jaw disappear... After shaving my jaw, I somehow feel proud and more confident too... hahaha Then let's all succeed
