What would be the minimum amount? Since it's a surgery that reduces bone, in the end I guess I need to lose as much fat as possible so the facial contour can really show. But I don't want to diet too aggressively and end up with wrinkles or sagging, so I'm planning to reduce my body fat gradually. What level would be appropriate?
