There’s still a lot of bio-bond left, but it feels like it’s gotten much softer? The bruising was really deep blue, so I wondered if it would all disappear within a month, but it’s almost all gone now haha
I wore the compression garment for only about a week and then stopped wearing it, but I think it’s okay
Once July comes, I’m planning to rent a radiofrequency massage device and really work on the bio-bond every other day Also, there is still a bit of an uneven, bumpy feeling, so as expected, I think 70% of liposuction is aftercare
And it feels like my skin itself has lost elasticity, so I think I need to do oil massages and moisturize well...
They’re not bone-thin arms yet, but I’m looking forward to when all the bio-bond is gone...!
