You know cases where the dorsal hump is really severe. My nose was exactly like that, and when I got consultations at other hospitals, they said it could be corrected enough with Hiko nose filler/thread lifting, so I tried that too, but honestly I didn’t see any effect. I asked several people here too, and they said that in cases like a bulbous nose with a severe hump, osteotomy is almost essential. But osteotomy isn’t an easy surgery, you know. Some people advised against osteotomy too. For me, I was someone who felt a lot of swelling and pain at the autologous costal cartilage harvest site, so it’s definitely good to additionally check whether the hospital manages pain and the autologous costal cartilage harvest site.
