My previous rhinoplasty using silicone + ear cartilage + a columellar strut looked somewhat unnatural (silicone and cartilage show-through, too long), and I had many difficulties, such as being able to breathe through only one side of my nose.
After consultation with the doctor, I was advised to have surgery to remove the silicone and reconstruct with costal cartilage. Now the appearance is naturally pretty, and most of all I’m very satisfied that I can breathe well through both sides of my nose. It was a clinic that made me feel comfortable in many ways, not only in terms of skill.
I’m currently recovering and plan to keep managing it well, and I’d like to provide follow-up updates.
