I’m going around looking for hospitals that are known to be good at revision rhinoplasty, and I think I understood why so many people go there. There were a lot of people waiting, but the wait wasn’t long. It seemed like they schedule consultations systematically? I told them that I wanted my nasal tip to look dramatically refined, and after considering my current nose condition and skin condition, they recommended autologous costal cartilage as the best option. They drew the expected line and height for me, and I wanted it to turn out exactly like that.. There was enough time to ask everything I was curious about, and the explanation about the surgery was also sufficient.
