It’s been two months since cheekbone and jaw surgery~

It’s been two months. My swelling is really all gone;; lolol My face is slim lol There’s no minor swelling left;; If it goes down more from here, I think I’d feel sad;;; lololol It’s symmetrical... and my jaw also seems to have been shaved well;; But I have two questions. 1) Strangely, even though it’s been two months, sometimes my cheekbones feel tingling, sometimes they feel stiff, and the sideburn area next to my ears sometimes throbs. Have you all had symptoms like this too? Around when will they disappear... Was the surgery done wrong............ Or is it because I drink and smoke a lot? They said I could drink and smoke after a month and a half, so I did I drank quite a lot 2) Are there people who drank a lot after surgery?? Were you okay?? Sob.
