Hello,,,,, I'm the person who posted a review when it had been 4 days after surgery,,,,, Starting today the weather is really sweltering,,,, At least for me, it got hot from today, the day I had my bandage removed, so I feel relieved,,,,, Those going on vacation, please take care of your health in this heat and have fun..... Then I'll briefly post my review after getting the stitches removed..... Since I already talked up to day 4 after surgery,,,,,,, on days 5 and 6 the swelling went down a lot,,, the throat pain I had also got better, so swallowing food was much easier,,,, I had prepared myself for swelling so bad my eyes would be squeezed shut and I couldn't see, but I think the swelling is much less than I expected,,, Yesterday, day 7, it didn't go down dramatically, just a little,,, I often did warm compresses with a hot towel,,,, Today, before going to get my stitches removed, I took off the bandage myself at home, washed my hair, and showered,,,,, The moment I took the bandage off, gasp;; All my attention had been on my cheekbones, so I hadn't even thought about my jaw.... My lunchbox-shaped jaw that could outdo Park Kyung-lim went somewhere and became slim,,, I was surprised^^ But even though my cheek swelling is still uneven on both sides and there's a lot of swelling around my mouth like a cranky old lady, it looked much better than my previous face~~ And another thing that surprised me was, I thought the gauze would be covered in blood, but when I looked, the gauze attached to my scalp area, with no exaggeration at all, was really clean with not a single drop of blood,, and behind the ears, at the spot they left slightly open and stitched later, there were just two tiny drops, about the amount that comes out if you prick your finger with a needle,,,,,, When my older sister saw that, she was amazed and said, wow, how can this be? lol The problem was washing my hair,,,,, I had to wash it standing up, but I couldn't manage the hair that had become clumped with disinfectant,, and on top of that I was scared to touch the places on my head with staples,,, so very gently, actually not gently, but almost so little that I couldn't tell whether I had washed it or not lol Anyway, I only rinsed the surgical area and shampooed the lower part,,,,, It took an hour to wash my hair and shower ㅡㅡ;; And when I dried it, quite a lot of hair cut during surgery came out,,,,,,,,, Finally to get the stitches removed,,,,,, I'd always been sitting, then when I lay flat to have them removed, my face felt a bit tight,,, They said all the wounds had healed well, removed the scalp stitches, and left one stitch on each side inside my mouth to remove a few days later,,, I decided to take X-rays and bring them on Friday,,,,,, The doctor compared my pre-op photo with today's photo and showed me.... Even though there's still a lot of swelling, it was very different,,,, The cheekbones that had surrounded my face, sticking out to the side and front, had disappeared without a trace somewhere,,,, Did they go on vacation lol,,,,,, And the Kyung-lim lunchbox under my ears had changed to something slim,,,,,, Since I also have a slightly protruding mouth, the swelling around my mouth remains, so only my mouth still looks like it sticks out,,,,,,,, Still, when I came home, took photos, and showed them to my other older sisters, they said it improved a lot and that once all the swelling goes down I'll be pretty,, These were the sisters who said scalp incision surgery sounded scary and didn't even want to hear the explanation haha The doctor had surgery on a revision patient today too, and another surgery scheduled in the afternoon, so even though he was busy, he kindly explained various things to me and my eldest sister again,, He even said sorry for not being able to pay much attention to me for the past weekㅡㅡ;; On the way home, my face reflected in the show windows still had a swollen mouth and all that, but anyway, now that the two mountain ranges and the lunchbox had disappeared, I couldn't help smiling, and I wanted to giggle with my sister,,, but since my smiling expression still isn't free, I only made the sound lol For now, I'm really satisfied that I had the surgery,,,,, My sisters also say I did well,,,,,, Before surgery, I told my son that Mom was having surgery because she had bumps on her head, and he said, aha, I see~~ But then suddenly the day before surgery he said, but Mom, why are you having that dangerous surgery when you're pretty even now..... Gasp!!! He knew everything~~ Well, since he saw me living on plastic surgery communities every day, there's no way he wouldn't know.. Anyway, I was surprised,,, Then when I was leaving for surgery he said, Mom, you must come back alive!!! I laughed, but inside I briefly thought, what am I doing~~,,,,,, For several days, seeing me all swollen and wrapped in bandages,,,,, he said, That person is not our mom,,,,, Our mom's face could never be like that~~~ But after seeing me with the bandage off today, he said, now you look a bit like Mom~~ lolol I think I still have a long way to go,,,, This is just the beginning~~~ For a while I have to be careful with what I eat, and be careful so the cheekbones heal well, and hope I don't have other small worrying symptoms,,, Anyway, even though that's the case,,, I look in the mirror hoping to overcome all of that and truly be reborn as a person,,, and even though my face is still ugly, I feel satisfied ^^*
