I had nose surgery because my nose was a bit short, with wide nostrils and a bulbous shape. It’s now been 2 weeks since the surgery. After the surgery, I had a sudden mental breakdown, but I think I’m feeling a bit more emotionally stable now. The reason for the breakdown was that my nose seemed much bigger and higher than I expected, and it felt like it was swelling in real time. It was uncomfortable and suffocating, so even until a week had passed and the splint was removed, I kept wondering if this was right. But strangely enough, around day 10, the swelling suddenly went down a lot. Until then, even if you’re suffering from all kinds of thoughts, I think the right thing is to just wait for now. To roughly talk about what I’ve felt so far …
