My nose was originally a bit bulbous and also had a hump, so whether from the front or the side, my impression looked kind of heavy. I was always disappointed with the line itself, but this time I had rhinoplasty with Director Kim Tae-seop at The Door Plastic Surgery, and it was shaped well into the natural straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted. Without looking too sharp or artificial, it feels appropriately refined and clean? Every time I look in the mirror, I really think I made the right choice haha I’m especially most satisfied that the nasal tip looks slim from the front. When taking photos, the nose line definitely stands out, so I’ve been taking a lot more selfies lately. For reference, I had surgery on the nasal bridge, nasal tip, hump nose, bulbous nose, and nostril lowering, and silicone, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage were used! I was really worried about using donated costal cartilage for my first rhinoplasty, but the result is so good that now the time I spent worrying feels like a waste.
