After rhinoplasty, will the swelling go down more once the splint is removed? I had it done at Louvre, and since I originally had a large bulbous nose, I had osteotomy and nasal axis correction. The bridge is silicone. The swelling is pretty bad in the early stage. I’m wondering if it’ll be okay to see my family during the Chuseok week once I remove the splint now. I don’t have bruising, only swelling. Can bruising appear after the swelling goes down?
