Nose Surgery Reviews

Goodbye, droopy arrow nose! Successful implant-free, natural-glam straight-to-slightly-concave nose!

<Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>As you can tell from my pre-op nose photos, it looked bland~ with no presence, and anyone could see it was an unattractive droopy arrow nose. My nasal bridge was low too, and in the side-view photos my nose was seriously drooping like Squidward I really, really like a natural-glam straight-to-slightly-concave nose, so I searched for places that are good at it and had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic! A big reason I decided on this place was because the director explained the materials very thoroughly during the consultation. For costal cartilage, there are autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. They explained in complete detail that autologous costal cartilage is safe and strong, but can leave a scar and cause pain, while donated costal cartilage is absorbed by the body to some extent and leaves no scar, but inflammation can occur. An acquaintance of mine had autologous costal cartilage and said it hurt a bit, and I was worried about having a scar too, so I was more drawn to donated costal cartilage. The director said they would first check my nasal septum and use donated costal cartilage if needed, so I really liked that. They explained that the nasal septum naturally differs in size from person to person, so if it is small, thin, or deviated, it can be difficult to create the desired nose height, and if it is raised excessively, the nasal tip can drop or become upturned. There was no overtreatment at all, and they kindly explained everything, so I was moved I was already scared to death of putting silicone in right away, but at other clinics I had only heard things like I absolutely had to put in silicone and use autologous costal cartilage, and that my nasal septum could absolutely not be used;; So I was totally intimidated, but while getting the consultation here, my heart softened.. In the end, I had revision surgery without an implant, using my nasal septum and ear cartilage! My nose became naturally and glamorously higher, the nasal tip came alive exactly the way I wanted, and the slight deviation in my nose was also corrected. Most of all, I’m so happy that it became pretty with no droopy arrow-nose feeling at all I can’t believe this is really my nose.. These days I’ve been having fun comparing before-and-after photos, and especially the side profile difference is seriously amazing. I wasn’t confident in my face, so my personality was very timid too, but after getting nose surgery my confidence went way up. People around me also compliment me every time they see me, saying I did well getting my nose done and chose the hospital well, so I’m really satisfied I’m at one month now, so there is still swelling, but if it’s already this good.. I’m excited to see how pretty it’ll be at around three months. When looking for a hospital, I chose this place because the director has done many difficult cases, and I really think I did well having it done here
