<Before><The step-off is gone><At this point it was still week 2, so the swelling was pretty full>It is kind of funny to ask how it looks when it has not even been a few months yet... haha.. But honestly, after nose surgery, you get busy watching your nose change day by day. I also had a lot of swelling early on, so it bothered me a lot, but I wanted to know how it looks objectively to other people, so I’m asking. I had a fairly severe dorsal hump, so I had osteotomy, and silicone and autologous costal cartilage were used together. I also wondered whether I really had to use rib cartilage, but from the start I wanted a more dramatic nose, and my nasal bridge was not that low, so if I raised the bridge, the nasal tip had to be raised more as well, which is why autologous costal cartilage was used. After surgery, my abdomen felt a bit tight, but I wore the abdominal binder the hospital gave me and got through it. Because of the swelling, in the beginning the area around my nose felt, how should I put it.. firm and tight. Also, people usually say the nasal tip swells more, but maybe because I had osteotomy for the dorsal hump, I think the bridge area had more swelling. Anyway, swelling happens early on, so there was no special method.. I just focused hard on reducing the swelling. And everyone, after getting your nose done, be careful not to bump it into anything.. I was opening a door (my abdomen was pulling a little, so early on I used my shoulder strength to push doors open), and I did not see someone opening the door the opposite way from the other side, so while I was standing in front of it, I almost hit my nose.. I seriously moved insanely fast and hit my forehead really hard instead of my nose, but even just that made me so anxious that I was freaking out Everyone, be careful.. There are surprisingly many things to watch out for in daily life. I think the step-off disappeared pretty cleanly, and the nose came out dramatically and nicely, but I’m still waiting for the swelling to go down..
