Please help with silicone removal..

I made a reservation to remove only the silicone through a non-incisional approach while leaving the nasal tip as is. Reasons for removal: 1. the silicone showing through, irregularities along the nasal bridge, and silicone that becomes more obvious as the swelling goes down 2. because of nasal tip drooping, the nasal bridge and nasal tip feel like they are separate. It has been exactly 1 year since surgery, and I worried a lot about whether to open it completely for revision surgery or just remove it, went to many consultations, and decided today. There is no contracture and no inflammation, just severe foreign-body sensation and show-through, so I’m getting aftercare at the hospital where I had the surgery. For those who removed only the nasal bridge silicone while leaving a slightly drooped ear-cartilage nasal tip, do you all regret…
