Nasal silicone shifting? Inflammation?

It’s been 11 years since I had surgery to shave down a dorsal hump and insert silicone in my nose. Until now, I’d occasionally had a feeling of pressure on the nasal dorsum, a foreign-body sensation, and a pulsing sensation in my nose, so last year I went around consulting at clinics, but I couldn’t choose a hospital and kept postponing surgery. Then really suddenly, starting yesterday, the bridge of my nose turned bluish and swelled. Right now, from the side, it has an Avatar-like look because the glabella area is swollen. It hurts when I press it, and it feels a bit soft like there’s fluid inside. The silicone had originally been slightly shifted to the right, but now it feels like it has completely moved down to the right. In the morning, I went to a nearby plastic surgery clinic, got antibiotics prescribed, and they said to take the medicine for 3 days and see if it improves…
