I had open rhinoplasty, and if I get the implant removed through an open approach again, the columella scar will probably end up looking even worse, right? ㅠㅠ If anyone had open surgery and then open removal, I’m curious what happened to the columella scarㅠㅠ They say it has to be open because of the septal ear cartilage, but I’m worried about the columella scarㅠㅠ Does a columella scar never go away even after n years?
